How much do we charge for delivery?

Standard Delivery to UK Mainland (excluding Grampian/Highlands): £75

Grampian/Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland: Sorry, we are currently not able to fulfil orders at these locations.

Shipping to mainland UK (excluding Grampian and Highlands) should expect delivery the following working day, after the order is dispatched.

If for any reason we dispatch orders quicker. We will notify you via email the night before delivery. 

What happens if the item arrives damaged?

In the event that the package arrives damaged, you must sign for as damaged with the courier and let us know. 
If, once unpacked, there are any damaged items please inform us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve the situation as soon as possible. If you can, please send a picture of the damage. It helps us resolve the problem quicker. 

IMPORTANT: It is an all day delivery (8am to 7pm) and we are unfortunately unable to supply you with a delivery time for this delivery. Please do not book your fitter for the date of kitchen delivery. The delivery can arrive at any time up until 7pm.

Please ensure someone is available to help the driver unload. The delivery is a one man, kerbside delivery. They may require help, especially with heavy and bulky items, such as the larder units and corner units.

Do you Export?

Unfortunately we are not able to export orders or deliver to freight forwarding companies.
